5.1 General Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless e28bd allows it for a specific reason. If a bet is not processed correctly due to a technical issue, e28bd may cancel it and return the stake. If there is a dispute over an event result, e28bd's decision is final.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited. Engaging in them will result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Using another person's account to access services

5.3 Event Cancellation and Changes

8.2 Closure by the User
